2. Do you Accept Returns?

 Of course!   You're guaranteed to get a refund. Just be noted that, for "change of mind returns", return postage should be paid by buyer side. 

3. What about Color Difference?

Please be aware that actual colours may vary from those shown on your screen. Accent rugs may also not show the entire pattern that the corresponding area rugs have.

All pictures are taken from real rugs. And our company DO ACCEPT change of mind returns.

4. If I order a rug today when will I receive it ?

Generally your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. Then it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered to VIC,NSW,SA. 5-7 business days to QLD, WA.

5. How much do you charge for delivery?

Our company offer free postage to VIC,NSW,SA, QLD metro. For remote areas, pls contact info@smarthomedeco.com.au for a discouted price.

6. I live in Qld metro, but when I went to payment method and $20 freight came up and was included, why?

Sorry for this inconvenince, If you met such situation, pls contact our service team for a freeshipping code.

7. Is there somewhere where we can view your rugs?

Really understand that you prefer to see& feel the rug before purchase, as sometimes online pictures might be different from reality. Our company accept change of mind return, any color difference, or you just do not like it. You can return it to us, we will accept the return. Just be noted that buyer pays return postage. We're a 100% pure online company, we don't have a showroom yet.

8: Can we leave authority to leave without signature?

Of course! Just write a note when place the order. We will let the carrier know your request.

9: Will we be notified when the rug is going to be delivered?

Yes. Generally we request the carrier,Hunter Express, to call before delivery. If any special instructions, pls also leave us a note when place the order. We will let carrier know.
